Literature Museum

The entire diversity and polyphony of Austrian literature from the 18th century to the present day can be found in the Literature Museum. Around 650 exhibits from more than 200 authors, over 60 multimedia stations and a private cinema room are featured, in the heritage-protected building of Viennese Biedermeier architecture.

The challenge surrounded the nature of keeping the architectural concept of the heritage protected building in which the exhibits are integrated into the wooden shelf structure.
